Katameya Dunes is a real estate investment project located in New Cairo, Egypt. The project is a joint venture between DOJA Real Estate Investments and the Egyptian Government. The project consists of a master-planned community of luxurious villas, townhouses and apartments, along with a championship golf course, a clubhouse, a spa, a shopping center and a variety of other amenities. The project is located in a prime location in New Cairo, and is close to the new administrative and commercial centers of the city. The project is expected to be completed in 2021.
